Travofiy is an independent travel assistance service and is not an airline. We assist customers in reviewing flight options and, when requested, support bookings offered by airlines and other travel providers.

Fares, schedules, seats, and fare rules are controlled by travel providers and may change until a booking is ticketed. Any service fee and the total price will be disclosed before purchase. Unpublished or discounted fares are subject to availability and eligibility.

You are responsible for checking traveler names, dates, routes, baggage rules, identification, and all booking details before approving a purchase. Airline rules and restrictions apply to every ticket.

Changes and cancellations are governed by the applicable airline’s fare rules and may involve airline charges or fare differences.

If a refund is needed, you must contact the applicable airline directly. Travofiy cannot authorize, process, or guarantee a refund controlled by an airline. Refund timing and eligibility are determined solely by the airline.

You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse this website or our phone service. Website information is provided for general purposes and does not guarantee a particular fare or itinerary.
